OK so I was just about to turn off the TV after watching American Idol then saw this new about a Jet Blue pilot went crazy walking up and down the isle yelling and talking about Iran and Iraq, then he was on one of the passenger face and the passenger got him in a choke throat lock, then the co pilot locked the pilot door and requested emergency landing with police and medic onsite. Can you imagine what happen if the co pilot didn’t lock the door, the main pilot would have done something such as nose dive the plane to the ground or crashed into another building like 911? What’s up with this pilot? crazy? mental? what?

I’ve been working for a large corporation for a very long time. I’ve many different bosses over the years, one go another came, one move up another one replaced. What I can say is I rather work with nicer boss a friendly environment with low pay than a mean boss and unfriendly environment with big pay 🙂 Well sometime it’s true, but there are times that ones would need extra money and will work under any condition :). It’s one of those reason where many people would like to start their own business, for back. However starting your own business can be painful as well in the first few steps, the success rate for entrepreneur is very low. Most people would rather work the 8hours shift then go home. However there are some people get paid hourly and don’t mind the overtime more money. There are people that work as salary no matter how much they work 8 hours 12 hours day 🙂 . OK back to the main topics: “What is the role and responsibilities of a manager or boss?”
Supervise and manage the overall performance of staff in the department.
Analyzing, reporting, giving recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity.
Achieve business and organization goals, visions and objectives.
Involved in employee selection, career development, succession planning and periodic training.
Working out compensations and rewards.
Responsible for the growth and increase in the organizations’ finances and earnings.
Identifying problems, creating choices and providing alternatives courses of actions.
If I’m boss, I would follow those guidelines rather than get into the detail. Oh also, try not to change directions or change mind or ideas when possible 🙂

I just saw a few documentary in regards to life in other planets and space travels. My personal opinions – first Space travel exploration, possible? I say YES – Because look back at few hundreds years ago, it took human many months to a year to travel around the world, but then today, it took us hours, well maybe average 10hours to travel around earth with the faster airplane, there could be faster plane today though – So base on this fact, I say we can development light speed spaceship or faster than light speed, sometime near the future, even better we might be able to develop fold space technology or create a black hole that we can control, I’m not optimistic about it, I think we can, it’s a matter of time and resources and off course financial. In regards to life in other planets, off course, why not? – I believe Earth isn’t the only planet that support lives, there are many other planets out there have similar environment like Earth, the basic necessity for lives, water, oxygen and light – On the other hand, we defined life as such but what about Alien, how do they define life? How do we know that Alien are not living among us now? maybe life are smaller than we thought, such as organism, and ghost spirit, things that we cannot see but can feel, what if we are Alien? How do we know that we’re not? What if they’re invisible? so many questions with no answer.

This person reminds me of the show I just watched recently. “Touch” the premier television series. It was pretty cool, but I think one show is enough, I don’t I can watch more, although it’s a long series – Part of it because I have other better things to do or better entertainment for myself 🙂 . Well, it’s amazing to remember 303 numbers in five minutes, I’m sure there’s a technique, not truly remembering just by looking at it, I’ve known people with good pictorial memories where they take snapshot in their head and it’s recorded with the detail image, they access it and see the snapshot with every in it, amazing? I would say so, those are not average people, they have special gift, unfortunately I have none nothing about me 🙂 do I feel bad? NO heheh.
I have two friends, 1 recently went back to vietnam and probably already engaged. The other friend is in Vietnam as of this moment, in fact he just message me in facebook chat that he’s in Dai De hotel in HCM city formerly known as Saigon city. The first friend just came back and ask for my opinion on marrying a girl in Vietnam, she’s an accounting, I told him, the success rate of bring the girl in the US is high, the success rate in staying with that girl for more than 3-4 years are low, normally they get the green card or even us citizenship then start to cause trouble and sometime in control of you because she got smarter – However there are also cases where the husband in control of the girl and even don’t provide her freedom to drive a car, go to school, or even have friend – Yes it does happens to many vietnamese girl from Vietnam. For the 2nd friend arrived in Vietnam yesterday stayed at Dai De hotel in Saigon HCMC in Vietnam, he’d been nervous about it, which I think is normal, even in the US, when I got married I was nervous, the nervousness tied to excitement – In just a few days another person come into your life and be part of your life hopefully forever :).

I don’t recall the last time I slept more than 9 hours+. It was great I feel having lots of Energy. Woke up, was about prepare food breakfast for my oldest daughter school, but just remembered no school for her today, King’s Highway Coatesville PA Elementary school teach in service day today. Having a good night sleep help your body and minds in many ways, in fact you can feel it yourself, if you get 8hrs of sleep versus 4hours you can tell the different 🙂 I haven’t got any of those sleeping disorder for a while, the sleeping paralysis, it can be scary.
washington dc tidal basin cherry blossom festival march 25th 2012 all flowers blown away by wind and it was cold
Our family took a trip to Washington DC Cherry Blossom Festival. We left about 5AM EST, arrived to Arlington VA Pho 75 restaurant at 8AM, about 2 hours and something drive, but due to the kids I have to drive slow and select safe and smooth route instead of those short cut that weave in and out up and down will make kids and wife get sick. Pho 75 in Arlington VA was great, friendly surface, clean, and best of Pho competitive taste of Pho variety, I got the special with everything, I notice when drinking a lot of this soup while it’s hot, it can make you go pee pee pretty quick heheheh. After that drove the Tidan Basin of Washington DC Cherry Blossom Festival, man it was cold and a bit windy, we found parking after a good 30mins drive around. We took some pictures some film and that was it, too cold to continue walking. So we left and search for parking space for museum visit. It was a good hour driving around then finally paid $11 whole day parking at the 11755 building in 12th street. Then walked all the way to 14th street to visit some historic sites and museum. We went to the national museum, $10 each person, to me, it sucks, but I guess $10 per person can’t ask for much, just a bunch of fishes and creatures not a lot to see, my recommendation, don’t go there 🙂 if you’re thinking of seeing a real aquarium :). Then off the Smithsonian Museum, been there before, it was boring to me, since I’ve been there already, new attraction was the virtual drive, cost $7, didn’t try, I thought it was free, although the museum entry was free :). After that we had small picnic outside the museum on the street, and head off back home, encountered a little bit traffic but it was ok, 2hrs drive home.
