I noticed recently my 3 years old doesn’t drink much water, and I can see her lips dry and sometime crack and cause bleeding. So what’s my trick to get them to drink water? sometime if you drink it and they see it, they will copy you. The other way is you can force them to do so, but good luck with that, some kids will cry their lung out if you force them to do something they don’t like :). Drinking water or light fluid is essential from what I known, it’s everybody, not just kids. Water is essential and necessity, can you drink other fluid other than water? off course, but other fluid such as alcohol is not so good for you, it does have fluid but also contain some hazardous chemical, so stay away 🙂 only when if needed such as to party, even party you don’t need to drink alcohol, there are other things you can do have to have fun beside drinking alcohol. Water is the best cures for many things, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning after brushing, then afternoon after lunch, then before you go to bed drink another glass of water, it’s ok if you cannot hold at night, just go, then go back to sleep, but water will help your body operate efficiently and keep it healthy, I’m not a doctor but these are just common sense reminder :).
