This is the view in front side of my house on March 7th 2012 for now. This area Franklin Street Oakcrest development area Coatesville PA 19320, even in the winter there has been at least a dozen house being constructed and people are moving in, the price range for new constructed house here are starting as low as $140k to $170k depend on how big, these price are just the base price, I believe for the frame drywall and roof of the house, then start to add up adding customize patio door side walk windows attic basement carpet hard wood floor and so on, so it does add up, don’t think it’s $170k flat 🙂 heheheh. It’s a wonderful place so far and hopefully it stay this way, hope no drug attic child molester trouble makers kids teens or people moved here, if there are, I’m sure the neighbor will team up to kick them out. Previously the builder was Dewey, now it’s Bryan. I don’t know much about either home builder company but I”m sure they all pretty much the same, and they’re not really the builder, they hired cheap contract to build the home base on the blue prints, so doesn’t matter which builder, it’s like your computer you’re using right now, is HP but was assembled in China, you get the point.  The view above is pretty much empty lot for now, but there will be a playground there and more houses will be constructed this summer I’m sure, I believe sales will increase during summer time. Oh by the way Mid Atlantic is the home owner association and the cost per month is about $35 a month and will probably get increased it will never go down, it’s good and bad, depend on how the area are being impacted by natural disaster …

If you’re looking for to upgrade or replace your old video card, might want to check out this video card, it’s cheap, and right now ebay has some of the seller selling it cheap and reliable. Once again I recommend getting this video card, it has 1GB DDR2, and if you know about computer the DDR2 RAM for you computer isn’t cheap, and this video card go for $34, that is a good deal, so get it now before it’s all gone. Many people with websites that have google adsense ads feeding, be wary, be careful, look like google is launching a massive check constantly, or consistently to all adsense publishers websites. That’s right, amazing 🙂 outrageous, unbelievable or probably doesn’t happen to too often, a spider create and spider web and trap a snake, then save it for dinner eating it little by little 🙂 yummy lol. Well it’s not funny 🙂

 

By now, many people know about the tornado that swept through the mid-west east of the united states, total devastation. In additional after the impact, many sad stories started to emerge, such as family of 4 to 5, but only might have survived is a toddler girl. Another story, a baby was slip out of the mother’s arm and found dead later in the field, this is just total devastation. So, where was god during this time some people ask? well I’m asking the same question, but don’t question god, if you believe in god, everything has its purpose, bad things happens for good things to come … and so on. I would like to my send my hope and prayer to the family that had been impacted by this storm March 2012, my god be with you. The thing about natural disaster is it cannot be carefully predicted and cannot be prevented and absolutely cannot be stopped. It’s one of the thing mother nature can do, non of us can do anything about it, we can only predict and hide, but no accurate prediction can be carried out, even with accurate prediction, there will be a lot of people will get impacted.

Some people still encounter the last period of a cold season. I was lucky, didn’t get impacted, probably because staying clean wash my hand, doesn’t meet much or in contact much physically with people. For others, many I known, having a cold can destroy quality of life, day to day basis.
